Gilly’s Helping Hands Mobile Crèche provides a fun filled time for all the children attending your event or function.

Our professional mobile child care service is available for events, functions and weddings throughout the South West and turns any event into a child-friendly, safe environment. We offer a bespoke service, tailoring packages to fit your needs.

Professional Childcare Services

We care for children of all ages ensuring they have time to play, enjoy the event and be entertained.

We offer a child-led service, allowing children to have free play, providing a wide selection of toys and activities to ensure that children remain happy and occupied. Giving parents and carers the freedom to relax and enjoy the event.

Qualified to Care

All our crèches are run by a team of experienced professional staff with years of experience in the childcare industry.

Creche services follow the Ofsted regulations including:

1. meeting and greeting the child;
2. ensuring the correct child to adult ratio is followed;
3. providing a safe and secure environment;
4. having full, industry approved, insurance.

We have a first aid trained member of the team available throughout the event.

We undertake a risk assessment of the venue beforehand, and arrive early to set up the crèche, making it colourful, enticing and safe for all the children.

Experience

We have a wealth of experience in a variety of settings, from small intimate gatherings to high profile events.

We were chosen to undertake childcare for the Chivenor Military Wives Choir, an experience we thoroughly enjoyed. We also regularly provide a creche for conferences at Exeter University, the busiest being a week long confer ence for The Royal Geographical Society where we cared for up to 26 children from a selection of European countries.

Bookings

We like to meet with clients to discuss their requirements for their event. Every event is different and we pride ourselves in providing a flexible service, tailored to the client.

We are willing to travel to any venue within the South West of England

We charge an hourly rate dependant on numbers and ages of children, in line with Ofsted ratio regulations. A minimum booking of 3 hours is required.
